Falcon employs 10 highly qualified tradesmen and has access to a host of reliable sub-contractors. Therefore we have the expertise and diversity to service all your property needs. From residences and offices to sports facilities and listed buildings, no job is too big or too small.

We specialise in maintenance contracts and have long standing partnerships with property management leaders such as HML Hawksworth, WA Ellis and White Druce & Brown. We can also deal directly with insurers meaning you don't have to foot the bill while your insurance company pays up.

Falcon is registered with Vetted Contractor. This is an independent accreditation body targeted specifically at the property management sector. We are also covered by a comprehensive indemnity insurance policy to £5m.
